Paged by Yarmouth Coastguard to reports of a fishing boat with engine difficulties 150 yards from Trimingham bomb slope. Mundesley ILB transfered the three crew to the beach and then towed the vessel to the shore.

Paged by Yarmouth Coastguard for immediate launch to reports of people in the water off Bacton Gas Site after being blown out in an inflatable. When on scene MILB found one casualty in the water who was quickly retrieved and returned to the beach. After liasing with Ministry Of Defence Police and HM Coastguards it was confirmed that all involved were safe and accounted for. East of England Ambulance Service conveyed all involved to James Paget Hospital for a routine check.

Mundesley Coastguard requested assistance from MILB after reports of an overdue speedboat at Trimingham. Once on scene it was confirmed that the boat had been swamped by the high tide. MILB bailed the water out of the craft and proceeded to tow it back to Mundesley.

MILB Paged to a broken down crab boat 3.5 miles off Mundesley. The local crab boat 'Early Rose' had steering failure and was drifting with the tide. Once alongside MILB rigged a temporary steering solution to allow the crab boat to return to Mundesley. The ILB escorted the crab boat back to Mundesley and stood down.

MILB Paged to a missing swimmer last seen 1/4 mile off Mundesley. ILB launched and searched the immediate area NE heading with the tide. After a sighting by Mundesley Lifeguards the swimmer was found safe and well 100 yrds from Mundesley Continental slope. Safety advice was given and the ILB stood down.

Mundesley ILB paged to a report of a kayak in difficulties 3/4 mile off Kiln Cliffs Caravan Park, Mundesley. Once on scene it was discovered that the kayak was fishing and was ok. With a predicted gale warning in force advice was given and the kayak was escorted to Trimingham

Mundesley ILB paged to a dingy being blown offshore reported by Mundesley Lifeguards. Before the ILB launched it was confirmed that the dinghy was safely ashore. It turned out that the dinghy was the one previously rescued by the ILB earlier.

Mundesley ILB tasked to retrieve an Inflatable dinghy with 2 occupants being blown offshore by the prevailing SW winds. The ILB launched and picked up the dinghy ands its occupants and took them ashore with some safety advice not to take their dinghy out again.

Mundesley ILB was paged to a report of a surfer 3Nm off Mundesley Seafront. Once on scene it was confirmed that the surfer was actually a Child's inflatable whale. A search pattern was established and after 15 Mins the ILB was stood down.

Mundesley ILB was paged to assist Search and Rescue teams at Cromer searching for a male seen entering the water close to Cromer Pier and disappearing shortly after.

Mundesley ILB was tasked to search from Sidestrand heading into the tide as far as Cromer in conjunction with Cromer ILB and ALB, Sheringham ILB and Rescue Helicopter 125. After over three hours at sea and the onset of darkness all teams were stood down with nothing found.

Whilst out on training Mundesley ILB was tasked to investigate reports of a broken down jetski off Bacton gas site. Mundesley ILB proceeded and found that the occupants on the jetski were actually fishing and both were safe and well along with their ski. Mundesley ILB stood down.

Whilst out on training Mundesley ILB was tasked to investigate a signal that was given off by an EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon.) ILB conducted search from original position off Trimingham. ILB then sent to second signal 4 nautical miles off Overstrand. As nothing was found and no more signals were received Mundesley ILB stood down.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged to reports of an inflatable in trouble in the surf off the Ship Inn Mundesley. The two occupants had been thrown out of the boat into the surf. ILB crew confirmed that both occupants and their boat were safe and well on the beach after liasing with Mundesley Lifeguards and Coastguards. ILB stood down.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged to reports of a small vessel 2 nautical miles off Trimingham radar dome with suspected engine problems after a faint mayday call was heard earlier in the day. Mundesley Lifeboat spoke to the fishing boat and all was fine. A search of the area was completed but nothing was found. ILB stood down.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged to reports of a possible vessel drifting off Trimingham seafront. Informants believed it was a grey dingy. Mundesey ILB spoke to a local fisherman who confirmed that the dingy beached at Overstrand. Mundesley ILB conducted search along the beach to Overstrand seafront and nothing was found. ILB stood down.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged to reports of a missing child, last seen off Mundesley seafront. Mundesley ILB conducted a shoreline search along with a beach search conducted by other members of the crew. The child was eventually found safe and well.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged to a 999 call reporting a jetski had broken down approximatley 1 mile off Trimingham seafront. Mundesley Lifeboat conducted a search and spoke to two jetski owners, neither had any problems. Mundesley ILB was then stood down by Yarmouth Coastguard.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged by Yarmouth Coastguard to reports of a man over board off Trimingham seafront. ILB launched and arrived on scene to find that the casualty had returned to their dingy. The ILB crew administered first aid to the casualty and returned him and the dingy to the beach. Casualty was then handed over to Mundesley Coastguard and the air ambulance. Mundesley ILB was then stood down by Yarmouth CG.

Mundesley Lifeboat was paged by Yarmouth Coastguard to initial reports of a dingy being blown out to sea, half a mile off Kiln Cliffs caravan park. Once on scene it was discovered that the dingy was a jetski with two people fishing off the back. All persons were safe and well. Mundsley ILB was then stood down by Yarmouth CG.

Mundesley Lifeboat was tasked by Yarmouth Coastguard whilst on training to an unidentified object floating of the pier at Cromer. The object was reported via a 999 caller and also caught on police CCTV cameras on the seafront. Mundesley ILB arrived on scene, found the object and discovered that it was a half-deflated balloon. Mundesley ILB was then stood down by Yarmouth CG.

MILB was called by yacht 'Pendragon' on ch 16. After a failure of comms from the yacht, Mundesley was tasked by Yarmouth Coast Guard to assist.

Lifeboat arrived on scene to find the yacht had a serious fuel shortage after underestimating the conditions. Lifeboat transfered 40 litres of fuel from a guard vessel to the yacht.

Details were taken and the yacht got underway to Lowestoft.
